Working Principle
The industrial air dryer machine for a compressor is based on the principle of freezing and dehumidification, which forcedly cools down the compressed air containing a large amount of saturated water vapor. While maintaining the pressure of the compressed air basically unchanged, the temperature of the compressed air is reduced, so that a large amount of water vapor in the compressed air is reduced.
It is in a supersaturated state, and in the saturated state, the water vapor condenses into liquid water droplets, entraining dust, through the steam-water separator, the moisture and dust are separated and discharged through the automatic drain, so as to achieve the purpose of freezing and dehumidification.

The aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is constructed by overlapping multiple corrugated fins and baffles. The fin spacing is very small and the number of layers is large, so the heat exchange area is large. The heat exchange has a compact structure, but the fins airflow gap between is very small.
« Stainless steel wire mesh filter separation
Most of the water separators of aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers use stainless steel wire mesh filtering and separation methods, which have the advantages of simple structure and high separation of steam and water.
« Efficient refrigeration accessories
Danfoss thermal expansion and hot gas bypass valve can achieve precise operation and durability of the refrigeration system. The expansion valve controls the injection of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator, protecting the compressor from the influence of liquid refrigerant.
