- ROTOR DYNAMICS DESIGN
Professional software is used for rotor dynamics analysis and bearing design. Power consumption is minimized in bearing operation with reasonable oil film temperature, pressure, and thickness. Rotor dynamics analysis based on stiffness and damping of the bearing helps achieve reasonable vibration value and sufficient stability of the rotor and avoid operation near-critical rotation speed.
- HIGH-RELIABILITY BEARING
Bearing service life is prolonged as much as possible from design with professional slide bearing design software and Babbitt alloy on the surface. With rotor supported by tilting pad bearings and bearing bushes self-aligned to load changes, the mechanical friction loss is minimized and the best working condition is achieved for the unit at different loads.
- INTEGRAL CAST GEAR BOX
The gearbox, volutes, and coolers of each stage are cast and machined integrally as one entire part. Compared with the separate style, it has such advantages as stable and reliable structure, less machined surfaces, no assembly error between multiple stage volutes and coolers, no deformation, noise or vibration, etc.
- HIGH-PERFORMANCE IGV
IGV rotation is driven through an electric actuator to realize flow-regulating and constant pressure control for efficient and energy-saving operation.
- VIBRATION SENSOR
Each stage can be equipped with vibration sensors, So as to provide real-time monitoring on the operation status of the rotor and ensure the long-term stable reliable operation of the centrifugal compressor.
- CONTROL CABINET
Integrated control system cabinet improves the usability and reliability greatly. Siemens PLC and LCD screens are adopted to achieve a perfect combination of surge control and energy-saving optimization and ensure reliability and energy-saving of equipment operation by real-time presenting the key parameters at all stages in the form of operation tendency curve and figures.
